Guitar Music from 1780-1926
The earliest items from the collection are for 5-course or 5-string guitar from the 1780s. The bulk of the collection contains music for the 6-string guitar from the 19th century. A few sample items are featured here, including the very important manuscript of the Regondi Dix Etudes and LHoyer's guitar concerto Op. 16:
